Individual Psychotherapy
A time of important and crucial conversations undertaken with the intent of deeper understanding of the self. James has extensive experience in talking with men about anger and men’s roles. He has also helped people explore the territories of depression, anxiety, sexuality, self-esteem and general unhappiness in life.
Couple Therapy
“Dancers join hands in the Two-Way Waltz” but take all the steps on your own.” This could be a capsule summary of marriage. Each person takes the steps they know and wants their partner to take the same steps, some of which they don’t know. They end up stepping on each-other’s feet. Results: conflict, communication problems, distance, sexual problems. Learn to dance together.

Fees & Appointments
The standard hourly fee is $200. Discounts are provided for those whose income is under $100,000.
